What We Can and Cannot Remove

Removing Records from Government Databases

If you need to have arrest or court records removed from official government sources, you must contact those agencies directly. Here are the primary resources:

Arizona's version of expungement. If you were convicted of a crime, you may petition the court to have the judgment set aside. This does not erase the record but designates it as "set aside."
